Beat It Together

Beat It Together brings an interactive, mentally stimulating activity to your workplace. Unlike other team building activities that are competitive and include facing one’s discomforts, Beat It Together is based on group collaboration and developing skills and confidence within a supportive setting.

We co-design the session with the customer’s outcomes in mind. These can include:

• Focusing on co-operation, not competition

• Practising delegating skills and active listening

• Providing a level playing field for people of differing job roles and personalities which challenges organisational stereotypes

• Something different, and adaptable so that all abilities are fully included.
